What I do?

Show leaders just how much the way they are reflects and impacts on their businesses, their products and how those are received by their customers. Show these people how to present themselves, their organisations and their products in ways that truthfully reflect their positive values.

In short I can design or re design a business with my clients and I can develop their brand. I can show them how to begin to get back the trust of their audience. I can help organisations in to new ways of happily composing their business. I can help an organisation decide what success means and to achieve that thing.

Meher EngineerMeher Engineer

Meher is a Teacher and perpetual Student/Explorer who bridges different models of understanding and different paradigms with apparently effortless ease.

She always wanted to study Medicine, and specifically to be a GP.

Meher qualified as a doctor in 1990 and started her GP specialisation in 1991.

She has explored various modalities including Zero Balancing, Reconnective Healing and  Monocrom, as well as sound in various forms. She is very fond of the Bach Flower Remedies and the Australian Bush Flower Essences. She is currently very involved with her work as a Supercoherence Practitioner, using a system that was pioneered by her Mother, Thrity Engineer, and the American engineer and genius Patrick Richards. The thread that connects all her work is that it is all based on vibrational, non diagnostic systems of healing, growth and evolvement which focus on enhancing function by dialoguing with the body’s innate wisdom and en-abling that, rather than focusing on dys-function. Meher holds a view of the Human as being limitless potential and wisdom (even though we do not always express or manifest this!).

Helen can show you how to build your wardrobe, not replace it, helping you to put clothes together that flatter your figure and make you feel amazing you don’t have to spend a fortune to look your best.   Helen can help your feel more confident in your body, your clothing and your overall image, just by using your own clothing and showing you how to dress for your shape and your lifestyle.

Helen also undertakes Personal Shopping, helping you find exactly the right outfit for the occasion or simply to build on your existing wardrobe.  She has an excellent retail knowledge and keeps up to date with the latest trends, as well as knowing where to shop for classic pieces.

Maybe you have had a baby and you don’t like your post pregnancy figure, you may have recently lost or gained weight and don’t know how to dress for your new shape, you may want to wear more accessorises but don’t know where to start, you may spend a fortune on clothes but ‘never have anything to wear’.

If any of these sound familiar to you then you may just need the help of an Image Consultant.

Diane Fisher

Diane Fisher

www.activeaims.co.uk

Initially qualifying as a PE teacher, then, exploring alternative health related avenues.

Serco leisure provided a fabulous insight into the health and leisure industry. Firstly as a health club manager then subsequently as a research assistant. The research was for Serco group to explore the factors affecting employee motivation and membership retention.

At this time I became a health and exercise specialist accredited by The American College of Sports Medicine.

The experience and combination of research, technical skill and management experience was a great foundation for progression.

In 2002 Active Aims Ltd was established and we focused primarily on personal training and writing accredited material for organisations within the fitness industry.

My personal training clients were primarily CEO’s of large companies or business people needing to regain a sense of balance between business and personal life. It became obvious that there was and intrinsic link between performance and wellbeing.

In 2005 we were delivering workshops to large companies on the link between performance and wellbeing, and providing coaching for staff at all levels. This enhanced my personal skill set, I took formal coaching qualifications and laterly a postgraduate in psychological coaching.

Diane’s community based programme ‘Libraries for Health Libraries for Life’ has been established for five years and is currently sited as best practice by David Behan the Department of Health’s Director General for Social Care.
