By using our services, you declare that the information you have given at point of booking is correct. You understand the nature of the treatment(s) that you have requested and as far as you are aware, you can undertake these at your own risk.

You understand it is your duty to to declare and discuss any relevant health-related information with your therapist before the treatment(s), and you will notify them of any changes to your health and well-being in the future. If at any point you or your therapist feels the need to obtain medical permission prior to any treatment, then you understand that you are fully responsible for your health in this respect. You are also happy to receive any necessary after-care advice.

If booked appointments are not met or are cancelled within the agreed notice period of the appointment time (see your confirmation email for more detail), we reserve the right to make a charge of 100% of the intended fee. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled earlier than this period will not be liable to charge.
